About Rebecca Lee

Rebecca has been practicing various forms of hot, ashtanga and flow yoga since 2000. What started as a physical practice has developed into a passion and respect for the power that yoga possesses to keep one grounded, focused, and self-aware.  Completing her 200-hour certification from  Sacred Seed Yoga & Ayurveda in 2016 was a beautiful eye-opening journey into stillness, gaining joy and having fun with her practice. Rebecca believes that the practice of yoga is adaptable to every body, and is an opportunity to listen and go deeply inside our self. Teaching yoga is a way of giving to others what she has received, and she is excited to share her practice with you!
